Within our Zip Ranker tool, we have a review control feature that lets the business owner set the parameter of the "bad" review. For example, if we set the parameter to accept only 4 stars and above and one comes in below that, then a notification is sent to the business owner to let them intercede to address the issue of the bad review (hopefully before it is posted).
